If the infection is mild to moderate, place 1 or 2 drops into the affected eye(s) every 4 hours. In severe infections, place 2 drops into the eye(s) every hour until there is improvement. Then you will be instructed to use less Tobrex, Aktob before you stop using it altogether.

If you are sensitive to or have ever had an allergic reaction to Tobrex, Aktob or any of its ingredients, you should not use this medication. Make sure your doctor is aware of any drug reactions you have experienced.
